Designed to reflect local building traditions, with round walls and authentically crafted thatched roofing, these rustic riverside bandas blend in to the local landscape. From the beds you can look out on the mature gardens and listen to the sound of the waterfall. Each banda can accommodate one or two people sharing a twin or double room. The bandas use toilet and shower facilities that are shared among the banda and bunkhouse residents. The bathroom is a stand-alone, round, thatch-roof house that has been divided in half, with private lockable entrances on either side. The bathrooms have been renovated to include flush toilets and, as always, hot, powerful showers.
Suam bunkhouse is set in the largest of our authentic-looking thatched roundhouses next to the river. This stylish dormitory features 2 bunk beds and a day bed, sleeping a maximum of 5 people. The bunkhouse shares the same toilet and shower facilities that are shared among the banda and bunkhouse residents.
